Return and Refund Eligibility
Returns and refunds are subject to certain conditions:
-Defective or Damaged Items: If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrectly printed, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund of the affected product at no additional cost to you.
-Wrong Size or Design Issues: Please review all product details, including size, design, and customization options carefully before placing your order. If you notice an issue that is our fault, such as an error in the design or production process, please reach out within 30 days for a resolution. Orders placed with the wrong size are not eligible for returns or refunds.
Non-Refundable Items
We cannot offer returns or refunds for:
– Wrong Orders Due to Customer Error: If you provided incorrect information (e.g., incorrect size, address, or design), we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges.
– Change of Mind: We do not offer returns or refunds if you simply change your mind after placing the order.
How to Request a Return or Refund
To initiate a return or refund request, please follow these steps:
- Email our customer support team at support@liquid-square.com with the subject line “Return/Refund Request.”
- Include your order number, a detailed description of the issue, upload up to 5 photos or videos of the product. Accepted image formats include JPEG, JPG, and PNG of the damaged or defective item.
- Our team will assess the situation and guide you through the next steps.
Processing Time
Once your return or refund request is approved, please allow 7-10 business days for us to process your return or refund. You will receive a confirmation email once your return or refund has been completed.
Shipping Fees
Please note that customers are responsible for the return shipping fees unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective, damaged, or incorrect items).
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please follow our return process for a refund, and then place a new order for the correct item.
